DEPT® is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will manage global client relationships and oversee digital projects with seven-figure budgets. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with international teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.

What you will do

Understand client needs and manage expectations across digital projects
Deliver client service and maintain relationships with key decision makers
Communicate effectively between clients and internal teams
Identify opportunities for client growth
Resolve issues proactively to maintain trust
Prepare progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders

What you bring

Many years of experience managing global accounts in digital experience and technology with seven-figure budgets
Experience managing international cross-functional internal teams
Driven by insights and analyses to build strategies
Solid understanding of digital industry dynamics and product delivery
Understanding of how strategy, design, technology, and data contribute to digital products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English
