About the job
Appian Corporation is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead demand generation for the Benelux & Nordics region. You will develop and execute programs targeting key industries and accounts, working closely with sales teams to drive engagement and conversion.
What you will do
- Develop and execute demand generation programs for key industries and accounts
- Create account-specific marketing plans with account teams
- Lead campaign execution across events, content, email, and growth account marketing
- Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing and sales initiatives
- Track campaign performance and optimize programs using data-driven insights
- Identify target accounts and tailor messaging for engagement and conversion
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience with focus on demand generation
- Proven track record in demand generation for Financial Services industry
- Account Based Marketing experience
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
