What you will do
- Manage client consulting engagements
- Develop strategies and deliver high-quality work
- Analyze client current state and implement solutions
- Conduct research, surveys, and interviews
- Monitor project progress and manage risks
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
What you bring
- 7-10 years experience in consulting or change projects
- Experience in financial services, preferably asset or wealth management
- Experience with Target Operating Model, business processes, or IT solutions
- Proficiency in relationship development and account management
- Network of executive contacts and business development experience
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Expertise in Performance Measurement and Risk
- Additional languages (French, German)
