Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Manager, IT – Order to Bill S4 to lead global SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements. Based in Amsterdam, you will partner with business stakeholders to define the roadmap and drive process improvements.

What you will do

Lead SAP S/4HANA Order to Bill implementations and enhancements globally
Partner with business stakeholders to define roadmap and process improvements
Manage large-scale projects and agile delivery teams
Lead cross-functional collaboration between SAP SD, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams
Establish governance, testing strategy, and change management processes
Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring

Minimum 7+ years in a lead role managing SAP Order to Bill functions
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
Deep expertise in SAP SD configuration and OTB business processes
Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management
Experience managing global teams and third-party implementation partners
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or food & beverage industries
Knowledge of SAP integration technologies including EDI, middleware, and APIs
Exposure to AI-enabled business process automation and analytics platforms
SAP S/4HANA certification or related SAP certifications
Experience with SAP Order Management solutions, FSCM, and Revenue Management
