DEPT® is looking for a Senior Paid Social Consultant to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and manage budgets to meet campaign goals.

What you will do

Develop, set up, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Analyze campaign data and generate reports with insights and recommendations
Design and run A/B tests for ad variations, targeting, and landing pages
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to meet goals and KPIs
Allocate and manage budgets, prepare forecasts and media plans
Identify and define target audiences for ad targeting

What you bring

Thorough and accurate campaign management with attention to detail
Ability to maintain oversight with multiple tasks
Analytical skills
At least 5 years of hands-on paid social experience
Understanding of social KPIs, campaign optimization, and analysis using Excel and platform data

Nice to have

Experience with incrementality studies and brand or search lift studies
Experience managing campaign budgets above 100K
Experience with social advertising tools like Smartly, Hunch, Adverity, or Sprinklr
Dutch language proficiency
