About the job

Wetravel is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Trips domain end-to-end. You will lead the trip page design, content and AI engine, and manage a content team. This role is based in Amsterdam and focuses on driving product-led commercial outcomes.

What you will do

  • Own the Trips domain end to end, including the trip page, content and AI engine, and content specialists
  • Design the trip page and selling experience, including dynamic trip builder, day-by-day itineraries, high-converting pages and proposals, and mobile app for travelers
  • Develop the content and AI engine, including WeTravel Library, organizer's own library, and AI-assisted building
  • Manage the content team and own content strategy, regional prioritization, and library growth pipeline
  • Study travel organizers' needs, prioritize them, drive solutions, adoption, and revenue and profit growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, account management, engineering, and design

What you bring

  • 7+ years of product management experience (senior level), 10+ years ideal (lead level)
  • Travel industry knowledge
  • Accountable for product-led commercial outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder leadership
  • Growth and experimentation mindset
  • Data self-sufficient, able to pull numbers and size opportunities

Nice to have

  • Experience owning a builder, editor, or CMS-like product where the artifact users create earns them money
  • Shipped AI features with real adoption
  • Treated content as product and worked with or led a content operation
  • Experience with public APIs, webhooks, or platform work
  • Experience managing people, even a small team or dotted line
