Join P3 Logistic Parks as a Senior Property Manager and take charge of a Dutch logistics portfolio. This hybrid role in Amsterdam offers the opportunity to oversee operations, manage budgets, and support sustainability initiatives.
What you will do
- Oversee external property management providers
- Manage day-to-day operations of Dutch logistics portfolio
- Review and approve property operating budgets
- Support tenant relationship management
- Coordinate capital expenditure and building improvements
- Support ESG initiatives and compliance
What you bring
- 7–10+ years managing commercial or logistics real estate
- Strong knowledge of property operations and building systems
- Experience with budgets, service charges, and cost control
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Experience with property management tools like Yardi or Tableau
