P3 Logistic Parks is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team in Amsterdam. You will handle a broad range of legal matters for one of Europe’s leading logistics property investors.
What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements and related documents
- Advise asset management and operational teams on legal matters
- Manage disputes and coordinate external counsel
- Provide legal support for development, acquisition, and financing transactions
- Oversee corporate legal matters and compliance
- Build and reorganize the legal services function in the Dutch team
What you bring
- Master’s degree in Law
- Minimum 6+ years post-qualification experience
- Strong expertise in real estate transactions and commercial leasing
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch real estate, commercial, and corporate law
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
Nice to have
- Experience in an international environment
- Specialization in Real Estate, Commercial, or Corporate Law
