Lead financial planning and governance for Sustainability and Agriculture
Provide decision support on projects with business case development
Shape performance visibility and insights across Sustainability and Agriculture
Evaluate projects and strategic investments with financial analysis
Drive decision support for leadership teams
Influence cross-functional stakeholders and strengthen execution

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
5+ years of finance experience in FP&A, business partnering, or procurement finance
Experience leading financial planning processes like Budget and Strategic Plan
Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and business case development
Experience evaluating investments with IRR, payback, and risk analysis
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
