Rituals is looking for a Talent & Performance Program Manager to shape how talent, performance, and succession work across the organization. You will design and improve key practices, build frameworks, and equip leaders with the tools and guidance they need. This role is based in Amsterdam and focuses on making talent processes smarter with data, AI, and automation.
What you will do
- Design and improve talent, performance and succession practices
- Build frameworks for performance calibration, talent identification and leadership pipelines
- Equip HR and business leaders with tools, training and guidance
- Turn talent and performance data into insights and recommendations
- Use Workday, AI and automation to improve visibility and simplify processes
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to connect succession and development
What you bring
- 5–8 years experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning or Organizational Development
- Designed and implemented performance, talent review, succession or leadership pipeline practices in a complex international organization
- Understands retail, consumer or operational people-intensive environment
- Translates performance and talent data into insights and actions
- Knows Workday or similar HR systems
- Comfortable using AI, automation and analytics tools
