About the job
Vistar is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support its EMEA operations from the Amsterdam office. In this hybrid role, you will become an expert in Vistar’s marketplace products and provide first-line technical support to internal teams and clients.
What you will do
- Become expert in Vistar’s Marketplace Products and Services
- Provide first-line technical support and debugging to internal teams and clients
- Support partnerships team on technical level
- Lead internal and external deployments of new product features
- Identify client knowledge gaps and improve documentation or processes
- Implement solutions to automate workflows
What you bring
- 2+ years experience in ad operations for digital advertising
- Experience with adservers, CMS systems, programmatic buying
- Bachelor's degree, Computer Science or Engineering preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
