What you will do

Coordinate daily operational tasks
Update and manage task tracking systems, especially Jira
Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates
Organize documentation, dashboards, and workflows
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Flag potential blockers and communicate proactively

What you bring

2–4 years experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support
Expert-level proficiency in Jira
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
