About the job

THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is looking for a Team Leader to join the team at THE BUTCHER in Amsterdam. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise service, and build strong relationships with guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high standards.

What you will do

  • Build relationships with guests and resolve complaints
  • Participate in daily operations and work the grill
  • Supervise service to guests
  • Maintain quality, hygiene, health and safety standards
  • Implement cost control procedures
  • Handle scheduling and conduct training

What you bring

  • Minimum 1 year professional experience in the desired position
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English
  • Strong management skills
  • Experience in the kitchen
  • Passionate about hospitality
  • Organized, excellent communicator, hands-on manager

Nice to have

  • HACCP food hygiene certificate
  • SVH mentor diplomas
