Join the team at THE ENTOURAGE GROUP as a Sous Chef in Amsterdam. You will work closely with the Head Chef to create and execute menus while overseeing daily kitchen operations.
What you will do
- Collaborate with Head Chef on menu planning and execution
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation and presentation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in menu development based on trends and guest preferences
- Manage inventory and control costs
What you bring
- Previous experience as Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands
- Excellent communication skills
- Located in or near Amsterdam
- Ability to multitask and lead a team
