Allucent is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Head to drive its Oncology division forward. This senior role involves shaping and executing the Oncology strategy, acting as the internal expert, and leading a network of specialists. You will oversee portfolio performance and partner with business development to position Allucent as a thought leader in the field.
What you will do
- Develop and execute the Oncology strategy aligned with corporate goals
- Serve as internal Oncology expert and lead discussions on innovative trial models
- Direct development of a therapeutic ecosystem of internal and external experts
- Oversee delivery performance of the Oncology portfolio
- Lead operational governance for key clients in Oncology
- Partner with business development to position company as thought leader
What you bring
- Advanced degree in life sciences (MS, PhD, or equivalent)
- Minimum 15 years of clinical research experience in Oncology within CRO, pharma, or biotech
- Demonstrated success leading Oncology programs across multiple indications and phases
- Proven ability to align therapeutic insight with operational strategy
- Strong experience collaborating across scientific and operational disciplines
- Track record of client engagement and managing large portfolios
