About the job

Sia is looking for a senior consultant to lead complex transformation projects in Amsterdam. You will develop change strategies, design stakeholder engagement plans, and coach client-side networks while managing budgets and timelines.

What you will do

Lead and manage complex transformation projects
Develop change strategies and governance frameworks
Design stakeholder engagement and readiness evaluations
Build and coach client-side change agent networks
Manage project workstreams, timelines, and budgets
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge

What you bring

5-10 years professional experience, at least 3 in management consulting or in-house transformation
Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, or related field
Experience in financial services
Knowledge of change management frameworks
Proficiency in project management methodologies
Fluency in English and Dutch

Nice to have

Certification in change management
