About the job

Catawiki is looking for a UX Research Intern to support research across the buyer journey. You will work with Product and Design teams to help turn insights into product decisions. This is a full-time, six-month internship starting September or October 2026.

What you will do

  • Support qualitative and quantitative research across the buyer journey
  • Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys and other studies
  • Help define research questions and select methods
  • Support participant recruitment, materials and session facilitation
  • Analyse findings and translate into insights and recommendations
  • Work with Product and Design teams to inform product decisions

What you bring

  • Enrolled at a Dutch university for the full internship period
  • Available for a full-time six-month internship starting September or October 2026
  • Strong interest in user experience and customer research
  • Some experience with qualitative or quantitative research
  • Interest in methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies and desk research
  • Studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychology, behavioural science, human computer interaction, industrial design or related field
