About the job

NTS in Bergeijk is looking for a Manager Paint Warehouse / Paint Maker to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing paints according to technical instructions and recipes, while also managing the paint warehouse to ensure order, cleanliness, and safety.

What you will do

Preparing and mixing paints based on technical instructions and recipes
Checking color, viscosity, and quality of mixed paints
Managing the paint warehouse and ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety
Inventory management and timely ordering of raw materials and paint components
Recording usage, consumption, and quality data in the system
Identifying and resolving deviations or errors in the process

What you bring

Intermediate vocational education level (mbo)
Experience with chemical mixing processes or paint production
Works very accurately and follows instructions precisely
Feels responsible for quality and continuity of the process
Works independently but is also a team player
Has a practical mindset and enjoys contributing to improvements
