About the job

CM.com is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to take full ownership of the recruitment process from intake to offer. In this role, you will advise leadership on strategic workforce planning and drive process improvements and recruitment automation.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of recruitment from intake to offer
  • Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning
  • Manage partnerships with external staffing suppliers
  • Build relationships with universities and AI-focused education programs
  • Challenge candidates and ensure high-quality hiring experience
  • Drive process improvements and recruitment automation

What you bring

  • Experience and strong passion for recruitment
  • Natural curiosity about people and objective hiring
  • Ability to collaborate across teams globally
  • Strong drive to continuously improve and share knowledge
  • Genuine interest in how AI transforms work
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

  • Experience with project management and process optimization
