Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a Night Auditor to join their team in Breda. In this role, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, answer questions during the night, and ensure safety and order. You will also prepare financial reports and support colleagues with room service and lobby presentation.
What you will do
- Check guests in and out
- Answer questions during the night by phone and in person
- Ensure safety and order in and around the hotel
- Prepare and process administrative and financial reports
- Report unusual occurrences to the morning shift
- Support colleagues with room service and lobby presentation
What you bring
- Independent and responsible
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible for night shifts including weekends
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality or similar position
- Knowledge of reservation system Opera
