Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a Front Office Agent to join the team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a smooth stay from arrival to departure.
What you will do
- Greet guests warmly
- Handle check-in and check-out
- Maintain guest records
- Update reception procedures
- Comply with security and safety regulations
- Handle complaints professionally
What you bring
- Affinity with hotel industry
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
- Strong MS Office and Opera skills
- Fluent in English
- Preferably Dutch

- Experience in hospitality
