QbD Group is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive business growth in the Netherlands from Breda. In this role, you will identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships within the life sciences sector, supporting clients from concept to market.

What you will do

Identify and evaluate business opportunities with new customers
Build new and expand existing client relationships with key decision makers
Manage customer and consultant needs together with HR
Support clients from idea to patient, identify needs, respond to inquiries, propose solutions
Manage full sales process from lead to contracting with CRM follow-up
Expand network in life sciences sector and build internal network

What you bring

BSc or MSc in scientific or commercial field
At least 5 years of sales experience
Proven track record developing mid-level and senior customers in Life Sciences
Passion for medical device, pharma, or biotech and technical knowledge
Ability to engage clients across clinical, regulatory, quality, validation, communication
Self-confident, active listener, patient, long-term partnership focus
