About the job

EMW, Inc. is looking for a Senior Engineer (DevSecOps) to support a project in Brunssum. The role involves planning, designing, and deploying DevSecOps solutions within secure CIS environments. The assignment is full-time and on-site, running from 7 December 2026 to 31 December 2026.

What you will do

  • Plan, design, implement, integrate, validate, and deploy DevSecOps solutions in CIS environments
  • Develop technical designs, install and configure DevSecOps components, and perform system integration
  • Execute testing and acceptance activities, support deployment and migration, and produce technical documentation
  • Contribute to technical coordination, risk identification and mitigation, quality assurance, and project governance
  • Collaborate with project teams, architects, security stakeholders, and operational authorities
  • Provide regular service reports on project status, achievements, risks, and planned activities

What you bring

  • Active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, software engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation
  • Experience supporting on-premises CIS environments including data centers and mission-critical systems
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining DevSecOps pipelines and automation frameworks in secure on-premises environments
  • Experience integrating security controls and compliance throughout the SDLC

Nice to have

  • Experience with containerized and cloud-native technologies in on-premises environments
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and automated deployment
  • Experience working in military, defence, government, or mission-critical environments
  • Experience producing technical documentation, deployment procedures, architecture diagrams, and security artefacts
  • Expertise in DevSecOps and CI/CD, IaC and automation, containerization, cybersecurity, systems, and observability
