About the job

EMW, Inc. is looking for a Solution Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for software solutions in The Hague. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, assist with configurations, and collaborate with customers to ensure their needs are met.

What you will do

• Provide technical assistance and support for software solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Assist with product configurations
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and provide guidance
• Contribute to solution architecture development
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for AirC2 at Level 2

What you bring

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Higher vocational training in relevant discipline with 3 years experience, or secondary education with 5 years experience
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Proficiency in debugging and log analysis
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Knowledge of APIs and integration techniques

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NATO AirC2 services
• Experience in software engineering areas
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Experience in NATO or FAS support

• Fixed-term contract from 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2026
