Inter IKEA Group is looking for a Meet and Travel Leader to drive the global meet and travel program from Delft. You will shape strategy, improve performance, and promote sustainable travel across the organization.

What you will do

Lead global meet and travel program development and implementation
Define and follow up KPIs on cost, compliance, sustainability, supplier performance, user experience
Maintain and develop Inter IKEA Group meet and travel policy
Support local business units with frameworks, tools, and guidance
Lead supplier governance, including contract performance and business reviews
Promote sustainable travel and meeting choices

What you bring

Strong experience leading a travel or meet and travel program in a large global organization
Good knowledge of business travel, meetings, supplier ecosystems, travel technology, service models
Experience in supplier governance, contract performance, business reviews, continuous improvement
Understanding of policy development, compliance, duty of care, health and safety, travel risk
Ability to use data and insights for decision-making and continuous improvement
Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and countries

Nice to have

Understanding of IKEA direction, culture, values, strategic frameworks
Experience developing global frameworks with local adaptation
Experience driving sustainable travel practices through data, policy, supplier partnerships
Experience in multicultural and diverse environments across markets
