Cowboy is looking for a Mobile Service Technician to travel across Rotterdam and meet customers at their location. You will perform on-site diagnostics and repairs using Cowboy’s tools, delivering a seamless and friendly experience. What you will do
- Travel across Rotterdam to meet customers at their location
- Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs
- Use Cowboy’s diagnostics tools to identify issues
- Deliver a seamless, friendly, and efficient repair experience
- Represent Cowboy as the face of the brand in the city
- Follow up if needed to ensure the rider is back on the road

- Comfortable working independently and on the move

- Languages: Dutch and English
