About the job
Robin Radar is looking for a C++ Software Developer to join their team in Den Haag. In this role, you will design and maintain efficient C++ code while collaborating with other departments on technical issues. The position offers a hybrid work mode at a Great Place to Work certified company.
What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Work with other departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance
- Analyze information to recommend and plan installation of new systems or modifications
- Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software hardware interfaces and develop specifications
What you bring
- BA/MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as C++ Software Developer with current knowledge of C++ 17/20 standards
- Extensive experience developing and deploying software on Linux
- Knowledge of multithreaded code, real-time environments and Qt
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases, JSON and XML
- Familiarity with low-level hardware interactions
Nice to have
- Experience with radar systems or similar industry
- Experience with embedded systems design
