About the job

Robin Radar is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Den Haag. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence for their CUAS systems. You will bridge the gap between implementation and ongoing support, managing service agreements and client relationships.

What you will do

Collaborate with Project Managers for warm handover from implementation to support
Act as key customer contact after delivery, ensuring SLA and warranty compliance
Serve as first-level escalation point for service requests
Synthesize client feedback into actionable insights for teams
Oversee service and support subscriptions, plan proactive customer outreach
Coordinate critical system failures for rapid service restoration

What you bring

BA in Engineering or Business with technical training
3+ years in customer service management, preferably high-tech or industrial
Knowledge of ILS/LSA principles and translating technical metrics into operational availability
Skilled in managing complex hardware/software systems in harsh environments
Expert in SLA management, commercial contracts, Jira, and CRM tools
Fluent in Dutch and English
