EMW, Inc. is seeking a Process Development Manager to support the Agency Process Framework in Den Haag. This role involves creating dashboards, designing processes, and managing SharePoint content for quality objectives. You will report on quality metrics and support process owners in a NATO environment.

What you will do

Create and maintain dashboard for process performance management
Support process owners with the design of processes
Create, maintain and manage Microsoft Office Templates
Content Management for SharePoint sites under control of CQO
Measure and report on Agency quality metrics and KPIs
Perform other duties as required

What you bring

Currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
Process designing and optimization
Process measuring and monitoring
Knowledge of language coding (e.g. Python, React)
SharePoint Design Privilege for lists, libraries, site-pages, content management
Administration and customization of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and 2019

Nice to have

Advanced knowledge in Workflow automation tools such as SharePoint Designer
Customizing SharePoint sites, pages, layouts and forms including third-party forms designer tools
Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
Microsoft Access
