EVERIENCE is looking for a Governance IT Data Engineer to implement AI governance processes across the full AI lifecycle. You will embed governance controls into AI/ML platforms and MLOps pipelines, and manage AI governance operations including registries and inventories.

- Drive automation to reduce manual governance activities
- Ensure traceability and auditability of AI assets
- Develop governance metrics, dashboards and KPIs
What you bring
- 8–12+ years in AI/ML, technology operations, governance, risk or digital transformation
- Proven experience implementing enterprise governance processes
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, MLOps, DevSecOps or data platforms
- Ability to operationalise controls and drive adoption across complex organisations
