Robin Radar is looking for an NPI Sourcing Manager to join their team in Den Haag. In this role, you will integrate suppliers early in new product introduction and manage strategic sourcing projects for hardware categories. You will be part of a Great Place to Work certified company.

What you will do

Integrate suppliers early in NPI and enforce design for manufacturability, cost, and supply chain
Manage strategic sourcing and outsourcing projects for hardware categories
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with global suppliers for radar components
Lead cost analysis and risk mitigation for critical hardware
Guide sourcing through stage-gate phases and formulate commercial agreements
Partner with quality, manufacturing, and logistics on inspections and data integration

What you bring

BA, MSc, or HBO in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of purchasing and strategic sourcing in high-tech manufacturing
Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements
Solid understanding of industrial sourcing and stage-gate development
Fluent English
Willing to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
