About the job
Robin Radar is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to maintain and improve its Quality Management System. You will lead continuous improvement efforts and oversee testing of radar systems in Den Haag.
What you will do
- Maintain Quality Management System and develop processes
- Lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis
- Oversee testing and validation of radar systems
- Review technical drawings and specifications
- Manage supplier audits and material acceptance
- Monitor defect metrics and process maturity
What you bring
- University degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in quality assurance or manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficient with quality management systems and data analysis
- Fluent English
