About the job

Lefebvre Sdu is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in The Hague. You will take end-to-end ownership of backend components, working on authentication, authorization, and user management systems. The role involves driving continuous improvement and occasional frontend work in a hybrid setting.

What you will do

End-to-end ownership of backend components
Maintain Node.js services for authentication, authorization, user management
Work on PDF export and chat delivery via Redis
Drive continuous improvement, stabilization, and simplification of systems
Occasional frontend work
Participate in scrum rituals and communicate with non-technical colleagues

What you bring

Extensive experience with TypeScript and Node.js
Experience with authentication and authorization systems in production
Proficient in OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows
Comfortable with stakeholder management and proactive improvement
Solid frontend level desired
Experience with Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)

Nice to have

AWS / Kubernetes / Helm
Familiarity with ORMs (e.g., Prisma, MikroORM)
Familiarity with React / Next.js
