About the job
Marktlink Fusies & Overnames B.V. is looking for an M&A Senior Associate to join their team in Deventer. In this role, you will handle company analyses, valuations, and client meetings while expanding your professional network.
What you will do
- Performing company and market analyses
- Preparing valuations and bid books
- Meeting potential buyers and sellers
- Approaching new buyers and sellers
- Expanding and maintaining the network
- Preparing financing applications and solving financing issues
What you bring
- Master's degree in Finance or finance-oriented Masters
- Three to five years of M&A work experience as analyst, associate or consultant
- Social and entrepreneurial with practical, strategic, tactical and commercial insight
- Analytically strong, punctual and target-driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch and good command of English
Nice to have
- Demonstrable affinity with SME-companies
