B&S International is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their Duty Free Europe team in Dordrecht. In this role, you will coordinate the entire order process and act as a key link between customers and internal departments.
What you will do
- Coordinate the entire order process from start to finish
- Communicate daily with customers
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure correct and timely delivery of orders
- Collaborate with internal departments like Purchase and Logistics
- Act as a key link within the organization
What you bring
- MBO 4 diploma
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in supply chain or similar field
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
