Veolia Environnement SA is seeking a sales manager to drive business development in the mobile water services sector across BENELUX. This role focuses on building strategic relationships and managing a sales pipeline for emergency, planned, and multi-year contracts.
What you will do
- Develop new business in industrial and municipal water sectors in BENELUX
- Build and manage sales pipeline for emergency, planned, and multi-year contracts
- Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and technical influencers
- Collaborate with project management, commercial operations, and technical teams
- Meet or exceed growth targets and ensure commercial deals meet profitability expectations
- Forecast using Salesforce and monitor market trends and legislative changes
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years selling solutions-based services to industrial or water sector customers
- Proven track record in bid preparation and contract negotiation
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills
- Full driving license
- Willingness to travel regularly within BENELUX and across Europe
Nice to have
- Advanced Sales Training Courses or professional sales certifications
- French language skills
- Understanding of water technologies, pipework sizing, flange types, valve types, and water system engineering
- Expertise in water treatment for industrial or municipal sectors
- Experience with digital monitoring solutions
