About the job

KRUSH Labs B.V. is looking for a Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle. You will monitor opportunities, coordinate submissions, and develop competitive proposals with cross-functional teams.

What you will do

  • Monitor business opportunities and tenders
  • Coordinate bid lifecycle from assessment to submission
  • Analyze customer requirements and create compliance matrices
  • Develop competitive proposal responses with teams
  • Prepare executive summaries and submission packages
  • Maintain bid tracking tools and proposal repositories

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4+ years experience in bid management or similar role
  • Experience in technology, engineering, or defense industries
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
