As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the financial strategy and funding efforts to support the company's growth ambitions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the financial foundation of a fast-paced, high-impact organization.
What you will do
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with growth ambitions
- Lead funding strategy across equity, debt, grants, and alternative financing
- Structure project finance and assess bankability of strategic projects
- Establish performance management, KPIs, and decision-support reporting
- Oversee governance, compliance, risk management, and legal frameworks
- Manage investor relations and lead fundraising processes
What you bring
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Executive or senior finance role in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Track record of scaling organisations in technology-driven or industrial environment
- Strong expertise in FP&A, financial modelling, treasury, accounting, and reporting
- Experience in fundraising and working with venture capital or institutional investors
Nice to have
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in international and rapidly evolving environment
