Invisix in Eindhoven is looking for a Chief of Staff to work at the core of the company. You will drive strategic execution, build scalable operations, and lead key initiatives alongside the CEO and CFO.

What you will do

Prepare board materials and run leadership cadence
Build scalable finance operations with CFO and CEO
Select and implement AI-driven workflow software
Lead equity fundraising and grant applications
Drive cross-functional execution and KPIs
Manage special projects between leadership

What you bring

6-8+ years in high-intensity environments like venture capital, consulting, banking, or startup strategy
Financial and analytical skills to own financial models
Executive-grade communication
Ownership instinct, not just advisory
Comfortable with ambiguity and undefined scope
Focus on strategic work, not personal assistant tasks

Nice to have

Technical fluency to earn credibility with engineers
