About the job
LeydenJar Technologies is looking for an Equipment Engineer – Electrical to take ownership of electrical installations in their Eindhoven facility. You will support the installation, commissioning and start-up of new production equipment while improving reliability and performance of vacuum deposition systems.
What you will do
- Take ownership of electrical installations and compliance with Dutch regulations
- Support installation, commissioning and start-up of new production equipment
- Improve reliability, uptime and performance of vacuum deposition equipment
- Set up preventive and corrective maintenance and spare parts strategy
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvements
- Manage contractors, suppliers and maintenance contracts
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical field
- About 5+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing or machine-building environment
- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical installations and electrical safety
- Experience with electrical drawings, P&IDs, PLCs and industrial automation
- Ability to work independently and with contractors and suppliers
- Good English communication skills; Dutch important for local work
Nice to have
- Experience with vacuum systems
- Experience with E-plan, Siemens or Pilz PLCs
- Experience with CE/ATEX, CMMS, FMEA or HAZOP
