LeydenJar Technologies is looking for a Product & Commercialization Manager to drive the launch of drone cells. You will define the product, oversee sample production, and bring in the first customers. This hybrid role is based in Eindhoven.

What you will do

Define drone cell product and oversee first sample production
Bring in launching customers and lead product marketing
Ensure profitable operations through cost modelling and pricing
Support setup of first commercial cell production line

What you bring

MSc or PhD in physics, chemistry, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced environment
Self-starting and able to set own targets
Multi-task and work independently with urgency
Problem-solver mindset
Clear communicator for technical, commercial, and leadership audiences

Nice to have

Working Dutch for permits and contractor management
