About the job

KRUSH Labs B.V. in Eindhoven is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to manage the monthly Dutch payroll cycle. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

What you will do

  • Coordinate monthly Dutch payroll cycle
  • Collect and maintain payroll data
  • Review payroll data for accuracy
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external providers
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and analyses
  • Support payroll automation and process improvements

What you bring

  • 3+ years of Dutch payroll experience
  • Knowledge of Dutch payroll, tax, and social security
  • Experience with Dutch payroll software and HRIS
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication in Dutch and English

Nice to have

  • Experience with CLA-based organizations
  • Experience with payroll automation or system implementations
