About the job

NTS is looking for a Production Manager to oversee daily assembly production in Eindhoven. In this role, you will translate production strategy into actionable goals for team leaders and ensure targets and delivery times are met. You will work closely with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Organize daily assembly production and translate production strategy into goals for team leaders
  • Manage KPIs, identify deviations early, and intervene to achieve targets and delivery times
  • Monitor qualitative and quantitative staffing of assembly team and ensure up-to-date personnel planning
  • Analyze work in progress and improve lead time, efficiency, ergonomics, and output
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, quality, and procurement and coordinate with other BU Production Manager
  • Provide periodic management reports and analyze ERP data for forecasting and adjustments

What you bring

  • Completed technical HBO education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial automation
  • Demonstrable leadership experience in production or assembly environment, preferably high-tech or precision engineering
  • Experience managing teams of 30 to 50 employees through team leaders
  • Affinity with assembly of complex products in mechanics, mechatronics, and electronics, and cleanroom environment
  • Knowledge of operational excellence, lean, and continuous improvement
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
