About the job

NTS is looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to manage the recruitment process for both blue and white-collar roles up to MT level. In this role, you will advise directors and managers, source candidates, and contribute to employer branding. You will work in a hybrid setup based in Eindhoven.

What you will do

Manage recruitment process for blue and white-collar roles up to MT level
Advise directors, managers, and team leaders on profiles and recruitment approach
Source candidates and create creative actions to increase applications
Build and maintain network with talent, educational institutions, and agencies
Analyze recruitment data and provide management information
Improve recruitment processes and ATS setup, collaborate with Marketing on employer branding

What you bring

Completed HBO education in HRM, Business Administration, or Communication
Experience as a corporate recruiter in technical or production environment
Experience recruiting technical professionals and higher educated profiles
Creativity, perseverance, and assertiveness
Data-driven attitude and affinity with reporting and process improvement
Excellent command of Dutch and English

Nice to have

Experience with ATS systems like Tellent or Recruitee
