What you will do
- Leidinggeven aan team van circa 75 medewerkers
- Coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van team
- Sturen op commerciële en bedrijfsmatige resultaten
- Bewaken van retailprocessen zoals planning en voorraadbeheer
- Eerste aanspreekpunt bij personele vraagstukken
- Signaleren en vertalen van verbeterkansen naar acties

- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Leidinggevende ervaring in fysieke retailomgeving
- Coachende en mensgerichte leiderschapsstijl
- Commercieel en financieel inzicht
