About the job
Axelera is seeking a VP of People to join their team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will own people engagement metrics and drive action from results. You will manage the performance management cycle and oversee learning and development.
What you will do
- Own people engagement metrics and drive action from results
- Manage performance management cycle including goal setting and reviews
- Oversee learning and development platform and delivery
- Drive talent development and career growth
- Serve as trusted advisor and coach to teams
- Lead change management and organizational development
What you bring
- Significant senior HRBP experience in fast-paced tech scaleup
- Experience building employee culture and engagement programs
- Experience with organizational design and workforce planning
- Experience connecting in-office and remote teams
- Knowledge of European labor law is a significant advantage
- Fluency in English required
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience delivering learning programs
- German fluency is a strong plus
