About the job
Syngenta Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Enkhuizen. In this role, you will manage customer orders and act as the first point of contact for customers and sales, ensuring smooth order processing and communication. What you will do
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery and billing
- Serve as first point of contact for customers and sales
- Monitor order availability and resolve issues with supply planning
- Communicate order status and changes to stakeholders
- Process administrative tasks in PAT/ABS systems
- Prepare logistics and sales reports, handle claims
What you bring
- At least one year in customer service or related roles
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Structured and analytical work approach
- Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- Collaborative and cross-cultural mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with PAT/ABS or comparable ERP systems
