What you will do
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialist in recruitment process
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
- Coordinate HR onboarding for new employees
- Maintain employee information and HR systems
- Support offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements
What you bring
- 0 to 2 years of HR or people-focused experience
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Experience with recruitment, HR administration or contracts
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Comfortable with HR systems and digital tools
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch employment practices and HR processes
