Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
Coordinate HR onboarding for new employees
Maintain employee information and HR systems
Support offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Assist with HR projects and process improvements

Wat je meebrengt

0 to 2 years of HR or people-focused experience
Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
Fluency in Dutch and English
Experience with recruitment, HR administration or contracts
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Comfortable with HR systems and digital tools
