Marktlink Fusies & Overnames B.V. is a leading European M&A firm based in Hengelo. As an M&A Manager, you will drive company and market analyses, valuations, and client meetings while expanding the firm's network.
What you will do
- Performing company and market analyses
- Preparing valuations and bid books
- Meeting potential buyers and sellers
- Approaching new buyers and sellers
- Expanding and maintaining the network
- Preparing financing applications and solving financing issues
What you bring
- Master’s degree in Finance or higher professional education with finance-oriented Masters
- Social and entrepreneurial with practical, strategic, tactical, and commercial insight
- Analytically strong, punctual, and target-driven
- Eye for personal relationships and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch and good command of English
Nice to have
- Demonstrable affinity with SME-companies
- Fluency in German
